Watching video on the web requires a Broadband (high-speed) Internet connection such as
DSL or cable modem. The video presentations can use 400 to 500 kb/sec (1/2 megabyte).
To check your broadband connection with a free Bandwidth Speed Test,
click the icon at left and specify your location (country and state) at the prompt.

To hear the video soundtrack and listen to the Sound of Aura,
you need a multimedia PC with Speakers. We recommend using a three-way speaker set-up with a sub-woofer.
If your PC or laptop has no speakers connected, you may still be able to listen to audio
by using a pair of stereo Headphones with a 1/8" plug (i.e. from a walkman radio).
Plug the headphone cable into the back of the computer in the jack marked SPKR or AUDIO OUT.
On many PCs this jack is colored green. Adjust the sound volume by clicking the speaker icon
(typically located in the system tray at the bottom of the screen near the clock display).

Troubleshooting Tips
If you have installed the required software and are still experiencing problems,
close the browser window then re-open it.
This will reinitialize the browser and free-up available system memory.
If graphics appear to be missing, then your browser did not complete the page display.
Roll your mouse over the image, or click Refresh to redraw the screen.
Netscape users click Reload. In Explorer, CTRL + F5 key will reload the page from the web server.
Some features open in a popup window. If you have a pop-up blocker installed,
temporarily disable it. Some blockers can be suppressed by holding down the CTRL key
while you click on a link that opens a popup window.
If Javascript has been disabled on your computer, or you are running obsolete software on a corporate
computer network or a school network where you do not have authorization to make changes,
ask your System Administrator to install the updated multimedia components.
In the meanwhile, you may be able to open and view videos with your system default player. Follow the alternate playback links below:
