Welcome to the Fishman Aura video training series. We are happy to present musician, producer, and Fishman
clinician Seth Connelly to show you how to setup and use your Aura quickly and easily. Seth will walk you
through the features and controls on your Aura and show you how to get up and running right out of the box. In the
last segment he will show you how to edit and save custom programs to get the most out of your Aura
experience.
Fishman has pioneered the incredible realism of Sound Imaging technology, and now you can see
just how easy it is to use that technology to make your plugged-in acoustic instrument sound completely amazing

In this segment Seth demonstrates the features and controls of the Aura starting with the back panel
and moving to the top panel. He also gives a brief overview of the on-board features such as program
setup, tuner and feedback control.

Out of the Box Quickstart
In this segment, Seth will guide you though the simple steps of connecting your Aura and playing through
one of the 16 factory preset programs that come with your Aura. After Seth selects a program to use,
he explains how to set the input and output levels as well as the on-board tuner. The video closes with a
short demonstration of how the Aura sounds right out of the box.

Customize a new Program
In this final segment, Seth demonstrates how to edit a program using the different parameter settings in the
Aura. Selecting from a possible 50 program locations, he selects program #17 to edit. Using the parameter
wheel, he selects a sound image to use with the program and adjusts the EQ, blend, phase, compression and
level settings. Once the parameters are set, he saves the program and is ready to play.
